十和と桔平は再開発工事の現場で事故に遭った少女を助け病院に移送する。スマホを通じて少女と親しくなる桔平。後日、十和と桔平が病院へ行くとそこに少女の姿はなく入院履歴も残っていなかった。夢か現実か。二人は少女が残した存在の足跡を辿ってゆく。
Towa and Kippei rescue a young girl who was involved in an accident at a redevelopment construction site and transport her to the hospital. Kippei becomes close to the girl through his smartphone. Later, when Towa and Kippei go to the hospital, the girl is gone, and there is no record of her admission. Was it a dream or reality? The two follow the trail of the girl's existence.
