Jessy, 23 ans, est libéré de prison après y avoir passé 3 mois. Repentant, il veut retrouver le bonheur familial perdu, par sa faute, croit-il. Il veut réunir son père, Jocelyn, désabusé, et sa mère, Sandra, toxicomane.
Mais pour payer le loyer chez son père et faire face aux menaces des frères Dupuis, les caïds de son quartier, Jessy est contraint de recommencer à voler. C'est alors qu'il découvre par hasard Plan B, une agence qui le ramène un jour plus tôt... Ayant déjà vécu ce jour, pourra-t-il réussir le coup le plus payant de sa vie? Et pourra-t-il avoir enfin la vie dont il rêve?
Jessy, 23, is released from prison after spending 3 months there. Repentant, he wants to regain the family happiness lost, through his fault, he believes. He wants to reunite his father, Jocelyn, who is disillusioned, and his mother, Sandra, who is a drug addict.
But to pay the rent at his father's house and face threats from the Dupuis brothers, the bosses of his neighborhood, Jessy is forced to start stealing again. It is then that he discovers Plan B by chance, an agency which brings him back a day earlier... Having already experienced this day, will he be able to pull off the most profitable move of his life?
