《新紮師兄》是1984年製作的青春勵志剧，是當年TVB十大全球最高收視率劇集之一，並在香港首播時引起巨大轟動，亦令當時投考警察人數大增。劇中男女主角梁朝偉、張曼玉、劉青雲、劉嘉玲已成為當今影帝、影后級人馬。故事內容以香港少年警察訓練學校為背景。少年警察訓練學校是香港在1970年代至1990年代由警隊開辦的高中學校，學生除一般學習外亦接受紀律訓練，畢業後可優先投考加入警隊。新紮師兄講述多名進入學校的少年的成長經歷，由進校至畢業，進入警隊後的經過。當中包括有各人在家庭、社會、事業、愛情等各方面的挫折與發展。
