With a budget that doesn't match their expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple finally decides between two huge renovation projects, but Jonathan has to complete the job in just over five weeks. Constant snags turn the project into a full-on sprint from the start. The bathroom sub-floor is completely rotted and Jonathan fears structural delays will kill the budget. A sneaky HVAC system stands in the way of his bedroom design, and issues with the kitchen floor threaten the timeline.
