Red wine risotto with chorizo and peas

Rachel Allen shows how to make a deliciously rich risotto with red wine, chorizo and peas. Rachel is then invited into Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston's home to sample his favourite family recipe, toad in the hole, and finally she teaches her cookery school family how to make a chocolate-layered semifreddo; this light frozen dessert makes a family pudding to die for.
