Jay wants to watch a horror movie but his mother doesn't agree because these kinds of movies give him nightmares. Jay wishes there were no rules. Rekkit grants him, with Arnold's help. The problem is that Arnold goes crazy without laws, and he also does without the law of gravity. Soon the city starts floating in the air.
Jay veut regarder un film d'horreur mais sa mère n'est pas d'accord car ce genre de films lui font faire des cauchemars. Jay souhaiterait qu'il n'y ait aucune règle. Rekkit l'exauce, avec l'aide d'Arnold. Le problème c'est qu'Arnold devient dingue sans loi, et qu'il se passe également de la loi de la gravité. Bientôt la ville commence à flotter dans les airs.
