Willie comes to the aid of Dena, owner of BlonDee's Bistro & Bar in Huntington, N.Y. Dena opened BlonDee's a year ago as a way to support her three children, but after an unfavorable review from the New York Times, she spends all of her time at the restaurant and away from her kids. Willie soon discovers that Dena's dedication has turned into a lack of delegation, crippling the workflow of the restaurant in a myriad of ways.
Dena Fenza, est la propriétaire du « BlonDee's » à Huntington. Son établissement propose une cuisine d'inspiration méditerranéenne qui plait beaucoup aux clients. Mais le restaurant est en grande difficulté suite à une mauvaise critique dans un journal de renom. Willie n'a pas de mal à découvrir ce qui ne va pas : le chef s'emporte facilement et ne respecte pas l'autorité, le menu manque de cohérence et le personnel ne connaît même pas la carte. Willie arrivera-t-il à sauver le restaurant avant qu'il ne soit trop tard ?
