Starting this journey in the capital of Peru, Lima, Sergio Perera meets up with his travel companions Minoli De Silva and Conor Curran at the oldest restaurant in the city.
Sergio, Conor and Minoli arrive in Arequipa, the gateway to the Andean Mountains. The three hosts visit an ancient nun's monastery, then head to a Picanteria.

The trio arrive at the fabled Lake Titicaca, the highest altitude lake in the world. After a boat ride to some of the islands, Sergio, Conor and Minoli meet the Quinoa king to learn how to cook.
Sergio, Minoli and Conor arrive in the epicentre of Incan culture, the Sacred Valley. They meet with the indigenous tribe, the Ocutuans, for a traditional Pacha Mama.
