The shadow of evil, targeting the land, is creeping up close. The graves of the Saints in Sanctuary have been ransacked, Saints who were supposed to have died in a previous battle appear as enemies, and the Evil Stars were reborn as the army of Specters. It was all the work of Athena's sworn enemy, the Dark Lord Hades who rules over Inferno, realm of the dead. In order to stop them, Seiya and his friends, still wounded from their fierce battle with Poseidon, ignite their cosmos and rise up.
