Athletes from a range of disciplines compete against each other in a series of sporting challenges. Based on the popular show of the 1970s and 80s, this new series follows four teams captained by Sir Steve Redgrave, Dame Kelly Holmes, Mike Catt and Roger Black. In the first round of the Superstars mini-league, Steve Redgrave's White Team takes on Kelly Holmes's Reds. Will it be the knight or the dame to take first blood?
