Frank is sucked down a pipe while he is in the sewer. He ends up in somebody's beer, and is drunk along with the drink. The man who drank him goes to the bathroom, and then, out comes Frank. The man gets freaked out and calls the police. Frank then performs in front of the bar during open-mike night and the police catch him and throw him in jail.
