Pebbles and her friends discover the reason for the strange disappearance of a recording studio's star singer. Disguising himself as K.B. Terror, jealous rival singer Engelchert Humperfink kidnapped the star and stole his new hit song, hoping to win the Grammy Rock Award himself. Instead, Humperfink receives a "vacation" in the Bedrock Jail.
Mr. Slate orders Fred and Barney to assemble his new Aerosubmabus to enter in the Great Bedrock Air Race. The two friends compete against Shmoo, Atrocia and Frank Frankenstone, Captain Caveman and a few local villains in a daring and hazardous race. Even though the Aerosubmabus is demolished, Fred and Barney win the race and the 10,000 clams. Unfortunately, Mr. Slate demands the prize to pay for the damage that Fred and Barney inflicted on his racing machine.
A visit to a health spa turns into a nightmare for Fred when he endures a vigorous massage and a workout at the gym. When he attempts to escape into an adjoining building, he discovers that it's a prison and is grabbed by the guards. After Wilma identifies Fred, he returns to the spa's sympathetic, but energetic masseuse for further "treatment."
Fred aids an old friend, the once-wealthy Rockwell Granite III, who needs to secure a large loan from a local banker. Fred, Betty, Wilma and Barney pose as Rockwell's servants to try and impress the banker and his wife. Fortunately, Betty and Wilma renew their childhood acquaintance with the banker's wife, who insists her husband give Rockwell the loan.
