To increase sales and for a faster turnover rate, Chef Paik decides to sell bibimbap. A simple bowl of meal is incredibly popular on a busy Monday, and their sales skyrocket. For dinner, they add Korean meatballs as a side menu. Si Yoon also shows off his baking skills by preparing crungji, a combination of croissant and nurungij, as a dessert.
