Crash Landing of a Piper Navajo at King's Lynn

In June 1993, a critical part failed on a Piper PA-31-325 C/R Navajo, causing one of the most impressive crash landings in aviation history. The History Guy uses media that are in the public domain. As photographs of actual events are sometimes not available, photographs of similar objects and events are used for illustration. Photos include all models of the Piper PA-31, not exclusively the PA-31-325 C/R.
