Nun hat die Nanny ein Problem: Sie hat in ihrer Freude über die Karte für Maxwell eine riesige Grußbotschaft entwerfen lassen, die nun in voller Größe am Times Square prangt. Fran versucht alles, um das Plakat entfernen oder überstreichen zu lassen, doch bevor sie damit Erfolg hat, kommt Maxwell, der von Niles alarmiert wurde, vorbei. Er ist so gerührt von Frans Liebesbeweis, dass er sie zu einem Picknick einlädt und so findet der Valentinstag doch noch ein harmonisches Ende.
Fran's upset because Valentine's day is approaching, but she quickly turns to happy when she scores a date with Jeff, the cop. She encourages Mr. Sheffield to get a date himself, and shortly after an anonymous valentine's card appears on Fran's purse. She automatically thinks it's from Mr. Sheffield and gets a huge billboard sign asking for Mr. Sheffield to be her valentine. When she discovers the card was from Brighton's friend, Fran and Val rush to Times Square to try to erase the billboard before Mr. Sheffield sees it. Due to an accident, Fran is left hanging from a rope and Mr. Sheffield's the one that comes for the rescue.

Fran está disgustada porque el día de San Valentín se acerca, pero rápidamente se convierte en feliz cuando ella anota una cita con Jeff, el policía. Ella anima a Mr. Sheffield a conseguir una cita para sí mismo, y poco después aparece una tarjeta anonima para el día de San Valentín en el bolso de Fran.
