A lion (voiced by John Stephenson) at the zoo has a splinter in his paw, and veterinarians Tom and Jerry are hired to remove it, but the nervous lion is not making it easy for them./Tom and Jerry work together in a cross-country airplane race against the cheating Purple Baron./When an egg falls out of an eagle's nest, the newly-hatched eaglet thinks that Tom is his mother, while the mother eagle thinks that Jerry is her baby.
