The 2024 VinFast VF 8 ($53,600 starting in Canada, $46,000 starting in the US), is a brand new ground up EV from a young new automaker out of Vietnam. The VF8 is their mid-size two-row crossover SUV, and it boasts a strong range of 425 km (264 miles) in the base Eco trim. In the Plus trim with the performance package it claims 391 km (243 miles) and reaches a healthy 402 horsepower and 457 lb ft of torque. But how is it to drive and live with on a day-to-day basis?
