Mike is Chief of Somerville's Volunteer Fire Department. He's a smiling face and pillar of the community who has saved lives, fostered and helped raise 52 children, and raised kids and grandkids of his own with his wife. He's a close friend and confidante of Mary's and hosts all the community meetings and potluck suppers at the fire house.
