Time of cruel

With the collapse of the Soviet Union, thousands of experienced law enforcement officers were faced with the choice of continuing their service for a modest salary or accepting an offer from commercial structures. Not all survived the moral pressure and harsh condemnation of these services in the media and a large part of society. Many, forgetting their oath and duty, left the military service and went into the criminal business - the secret arms trade.
