Duet for Cello and Plane

Helen gets a music job with the Maine Symphony Orchestra forcing her and Joe to talk about their future. Meanwhile, a confused woman who doesn't speak English has been hanging around the airport and gains Fay's sympathy and Roy's hostility.

Helen bekommt zu ihrer großen Überraschung das Angebot, bei den Symphonikern des Bundesstaates Maine als Cellistin anzufangen. Als sie die schwierige Situation mit Joe bespricht und ihm sagt, sie würde bei ihm bleiben, wenn er sie nur darum bäte, entbrennt ein großer Streit. Schließlich zieht man das Jobangebot zurück und Joe will sich entschuldigen, doch da packt Helen bereits die Koffer. Sie will ihr Musiker-Glück nun in New York versuchen.
