乔杨是三院颅颌面外科的副主任医师。周静雯从德国学成归来，和丈夫秦归白手起家，创办了格慕整形医院。乔杨和周静雯曾是医科大学同学，后因一场误会对彼此非常不满，直到十年后两人在格慕再次相遇。如同宿敌的两人，在工作中一次次产生分歧，又一次次因为医生的职业理想和信念站在一起，共同面对手术难题。两人克服巨大压力，携手救治患者。
