t’s time for Guy to get in the kitchen at his family cafe The Depot in North Bondi. The commercial kitchen allows Guy to do what he loves the most - play with produce. This time, he's making potato rostï served with eggs on top, and cauliflower steak with beet hummus. Then, when the work is done it’s time to party, as Guy hosts a bunch of mates and serves up the perfect steak with chimichurri salsa.
