The race between Black Ghost and the Cyborg team has started. Their goal is to find the head that controls robot 0013 and they hope to find some information on it. The submarine sent by Lord Kulo gets the head before the heroes but Joe follows it with the dolphin. The sailors of the submarine notice that they are being followed and leading the Cyborg team to the Black Ghost weapon experiment called Dragone Trigone. A battle starts there with both the little sub with the robot head in the cargo and the great submarine sent out by the Black Ghost. They should kill the Dolphin however they only manage to kill each other with two excellent torpedo shots thanks to Joes good maneuvering skills. Just before the explosion the heroes track a S.O.S. signal sent from the South Pole.

بدأ السباق بين الشبح الأسود وفريق السايبورغ. هدفهم هو العثور على الرأس الذي يتحكم في الروبوت 0013 ويأملون في العثور على بعض المعلومات عنه. الغواصة التي أرسلها اللورد كولو تحصل على الرأس أمام الأبطال لكن جو يتبعها مع الدولفين. لاحظ بحارة الغواصة أنه تتم متابعتهم ويقودون فريق السايبورغ إلى تجربة سلاح الشبح الأسود المسماة دراغون تريجون. تبدأ المعركة هناك مع كل من الغواصة الصغيرة برأس الروبوت في الحمولة والغواصة العظيمة التي أرسلها الشبح الأسود. يجب أن يقتلوا الدولفين لكنهم لم يتمكنوا من قتل بعضهم البعض إلا بضربة طوربيد ممتازة بفضل مهارات جو المناورة الجيدة.
