Barış, kendi hâlinde ve mutsuz bir çocuktur. Cinler diyarından, Barış’ı mutlu etmesi ve işlerine yardımcı olması için Cino adında bir cin dünyaya gönderilir. Cino; komik, sakar ve bir o kadar da tembel bir cindir. Tek amacı, Barış’ı mutlu ederek Cin Okulu’ndan mezun olmaktır. Bunun için Cinler Ülkesi ile Dünya arasında mekik dokuyacaktır.
