Kappa Stone; The Moss Ball of Akan Lake

A boy throws a rock at a baby kappa, and its father puts a powerful curse on him. The lake moss of the Ainu come to be referred as the heart of the forest.

1)ある村の堀には河童の親子が住んでいて、河童に足を引っ張られて人間の子供が溺れることもあった。ある日、子河童が帰って来ないのを心配した親河童が探しに行くと…。2)阿寒湖に鋭いとげのある実を持つ菱がたくさんやってきて、魚たちを湖から追い出してしまう。困ったアイヌの人々は神様に祈り、菱を湖から追い出してもらう。
