The Dogma Kingdom attacks the MatagiIcon-wikipedia (mountain tribe) village of Yamabiko to steal the sacred Flying Dragon Fortress and wreak havoc all over Japan. Six children from the fallen village take refuge in a nearby town, keeping their identities as Matagi citizens a secret. Kamen Rider Super-1 must protect these children from the Dogma Kingdom, as they hold the secret to the Flying Dragon Fortress' weakness.
マタギの里、山彦村には三千年前古代中国の王の一人が空飛ぶ火の車で現れて蛮族を倒した、という言い伝えがあった。闇の帝王テラーマクロは部下のメガール将軍とサタンホークやヘビンダーなどの地獄谷五人衆に命じ山彦村を襲わせた。マタギの頭領香坂は死の直前に五人の子供たちに、五個の光る石を持たせて逃がれさせていた。メガール将軍の操縦する空飛ぶ火の車が、日本各地に攻撃を加えはじめる。それに立ち向うスーパー1。火の車を破壊する方法はただひとつ。5つの光る石を使って、自動制御装置を働かせるしかない。そこにやってきたのは8人ライダー!日本を救うことができるのか!?
