Isabella und die Pfadfinderinnen wollen Phineas und Ferb beim Bau ihrer Seifenblasenmaschine helfen. Dazu müssen sie den letzen Maraca-Nuss-Baum in der Gegend aufspüren. Der Saft des Baums ist nämlich die fehlende Zutat für Phineas und Ferbs Seifenblasenmaschine. Isabellas Hund Pinky der Chihuahua hindert derweilen die böse Poofenplotz daran die letzten 'Steife-Brise' Haarspraydosen zu stehlen - und damit, die Weltherrschaft anzustreben.
Isabella and the Fireside Girls set out to find the rare maraca nut tree so they can get its much needed sap for Phineas and Ferb's bubble invention. Their quest leads them to an old abandoned amusement park. Meanwhile, Pinky the Chihuahua must stop his archenemy, Professor Poofenplotz, from acquiring her favorite brand of hair spray, which she needs to look beautiful enough in order to plan taking over the world. The last of the discontinued product is located at the same amusement park.
