柊カナデは、恋人の故郷・能登へ旅行中に地震に遭う。そのとき、避難所で松本功介が温かく世話をしてくれた。 恩に報いたいと、再び能登を訪れたカナデ。そこで松本から頼まれたのは、災害ＦＭのラジオパーソナリティーだった！松本の思いに巻き込まれ、主婦の小野さくら、消防士の西川、お調子者の青年・多田が参加。それを冷ややかに見つめる、銭湯で働くリクト。 松本は言う。「下手でいい。でもリスナーを笑わせてください」 目指すは平日お昼の生放送番組！なぜラジオなのか、なぜ「笑い」なのか、分からないまま企画を考え、出演ゲストを探し、奮闘するカナデたち。本音のトークが笑いを呼び、みんなの心を揺さぶっていく。やがて、ラジオメンバーたちもマイクを前に、胸に秘めた思いを語り出す――
