Haruka ist jetzt voll bewusst, dass während der drei Jahre, in denen sie im Koma gelegen hat, für alle Anderen das Leben weitergegangen ist. Gibt es eine Chance, dass Takayuki wieder zu ihr zurückkehrt?
Takayuki visits with Haruka. Realizing that three years have passed and things change, she asks him if he’s dating anyone else. He tells here there’s no one. But when Mitsuki visits at the young girl’s request, Haruka learns the truth. Upset, she throws Mitsuki out of the room. Haruka wants to know why she lost three years, and why she woke up now with everything all screwed up. But most of all, she wants that time back, the three years that she slept through.
遙醒來後，知道自己已經昏睡了三年，她希望孝之將這三年發生的事情慢慢講給自己聽，但有一件事遙想馬上知道，那就是這三年孝之是否與人交往，孝之的回答是否定的。對此茜感到詫異，她去詢問孝之，孝之默認了自己與水月已經分手。遙想見水月，水月來到醫院，並將自己與孝之交往的事告訴了遙。水月說自己並不喜歡孝之，只是因為太痛苦，需要依托才與孝之交往。遙知道發生這些事並不能完全怪水月，但遙無法接受這個現實，生氣地打了水月。孝之在上班的路上遇見了文緒，與文緒的談話讓孝之意識到自己原來一直在逃避。孝之來到醫院，看見努力做康復運動的遙，改變了以前對遙的看法，真心的認為遙是一個堅強的人，但茜讓孝之看見了病房中因不能走路而痛哭的遙！這時，孝之才發現自己的軟弱，最後決定鼓起勇氣將自己心中的想法說出來。
