Commander König, Maya und Tony Verdeschi sind auf dem Weg zu einem Planeten, dessen üppig wuchernde Vegetation den Lebensmittelvorrat von Alpha 1 auffüllen soll. Während Verdeschi mit dem 'Adler' zur Mondbasis zurückkehrt, um ein Ersatzteil für die Instrumente an Bord zu holen, bleiben König und Maya auf dem Planeten und untersuchen ihre nähere Umgebung. Dabei pflückt Maya eine Blume und König probiert einige Beeren, doch für beide ist dies eine schmerzliche Erfahrung. Hinzu kommt eine donnernde Stimme, die sie als Kannibalen und Mörder beschimpft und als Folge ihrer Schandtat vor Gericht stellt. Alle Beteuerungen Königs nutzen nichts. Die einzige Chance, ihre Unschuld zu beweisen, ist ein Kampf mit anderen Kriminellen aus dem Weltall, den König und Maya überleben müssen.
Koenig, Maya and Tony visit the planet Luton, a pluce lush in plants and vegetation. However, Maya and Koenig quickly find themselves in trouble over their innocent actions of picking flowers and eating a few berries. The two are forced into a dangerous trial by combat by the planet's rulers to prove their innocence with a possible outcome of death.
