अब्बासी (अन्ना) ने सबीर और शकीरा के बेटे नसीर को पाला है। शकीरा के संदेह के कारण अब्बासी को निकाल दिया जाता है और वह हज पर जाने का निर्णय लेती है। उसके जाने के बाद नसीर गंभीर रूप से बीमार हो जाता है। सबीर मानता है कि केवल अब्बासी की ममता ही उसे बचा सकती है और स्टेशन से उसे लौटा लाता है। अब्बासी हज छोड़कर लौट आती है और बच्चे को गोद में लेते ही वह अच्छा हो जाता है। सबीर कहता है कि उसने एक जीवन बचाकर असली हज‑ए‑अकबर कर लिया.
Abbasi (Anna), a devoted nurse, raises Naseer, the son of Sabir and Shakira. Shakira, influenced by gossip, dismisses Abbasi and she decides to go on Hajj. After her departure, Naseer falls dangerously ill. Sabir insists that only Abbasi’s love can cure him and stops her at the station. Abbasi abandons her pilgrimage and returns; the child recovers in her arms. Sabir says that by saving a life she has performed the true, greater Hajj.
