Morikawa Toshiyuki (January 26, 1967) is a prolific Japanese male voice actor (seiyuu) from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Since his debut, he has been affiliated with Arts Vision until 01.04.2011, when he and Fukuyama Jun established their own talent agency - Axl One. His name is also sometimes mistranscribed as Tomoyuki. He attended Katsuya Seiyuu Academy, and was in the same class as Mitsuishi Kotono, Yokoyama Chisa, Takagi Wataru, Sugawara Sachiko, and Neya Michiko. Because of his
