コンクールまで２か月。弦楽器がコンサートマスターの羽鳥を中心にまとまり始めた頃、体育祭がやってきた。部活対抗リレーの選手となった律子の全力で楽しもうとする姿勢に、運動や行事が苦手な青野も感化されるが、クラスで騎馬戦の大将に選ばれてしまう。おじけづく青野に、同じく騎馬戦に出場することになった佐伯は対抗意識を燃やす。違う組の青野をつい応援してしまうハルは、ずっと気になっていた問いを、青野に投げかける。
With two months until the competition, the string instruments are beginning to come together under the guidance of concertmaster Hatori, and the sports festival is upon us. Ritsuko, a member of the inter-club relay team, is inspired by Aono's determination to have fun and give it her all as she competes. However, she is also chosen as the class's leader for the horse-riding battle. Aono is timid, and Saeki, who is also competing in the battle, becomes competitive. Haru, who can't help but root for Aono, who is in a different group, asks him a question that has been bothering her for a while.
Das Sportfest der Umimaku-Oberschule steht an und auch die Orchester-AG muss trotz der stressigen Vorbereitungen für den Wettbewerb am AG-Staffellauf teilnehmen. Aono ist selbst nicht unbedingt vom Sportfest begeistert und hofft auf einen einfachen Wettkampf, bei dem er seine Klasse vertreten kann. Bei der Auslosung trifft ihn aber eine Rolle mit viel Verantwortung!
Faltando dois meses para a competição, o festival esportivo chega.
