Sur le chemin du retour du parc d'attractions, Hachiman doit faire face à Hayato et essayer de consoler le cœur brisé d'Iroha. Par ailleurs, le conseil est maintenant au pied du mur concernant la fête de Noël. Hachiman prend donc les choses en main et essaie de bousculer un peu la force d'inertie des réunions, avec l'aide de la franchise légendaire de Yukino et de l'enthousiasme conciliant de Yui. 아무런 결정도 내리지 못한 채 끝없는 회의만을 반복하는 타마나와 무리에게 그들의 무책임함에 대하여 정면으로 지적하는 유키노와 하치만. 결국 잇시키와 봉사부는 카이힌 종합 고등학교와 다른 연극을 계획하며 성공적으로 행사를 마무리한다. 그리고 마침내 그 동안의 어색함을 날려버리고 봉사부에도 잔잔한 평화가 찾아온다.
