Nakao Ryuusei (real name Takeo Tomoharu 竹尾 智晴) (born February 5, 1951), is a Japanese actor, singer, and seiyuu from Tokyo Metropolis, Japan. He is attached to 81 Produce and has a blood type of A. He has also worked under the name of Minamiya Tomoharu (南谷 智晴). As a seiyuu, he is best known for his roles in Anpanman (Baikinman), Dragon Ball Z (Freeza), Ghost Stories (Kaaya), and Bleach (Kurotsuchi Mayuri).
